Free AI audit for mortgage brokers
Close more deals without working more hours.
The thing capping your volume isn't lead flow. It's the document chasing, the re-keying, and the status emails wrapped around every single file. I'll show you exactly where those hours go and what to automate first. One call, a written plan, yours to keep. Whether you ever hire me or not.
How it works
Three steps. One of them is a decision.
Step 1
Book a 30-minute call
Walk me through a live file, start to funded. No prep, no homework, no tech questions. I’ll spot the leaks as we go.
Step 2
Get your audit within 5 days
A written report plus a step-by-step deck. Every recommendation ranked by hours saved, in plain English, built around the systems you already use. Most are simple enough to set up yourself over a coffee.
Step 3
You decide
Most fixes are 10-minute jobs you can knock out yourself just by following the deck. No tech skills needed. For the bigger lifts, or if you’d rather not touch any of it, I’ll set it all up for you.
What you walk away with
A $1,000 assessment. For zero dollars.
A 30-minute working call
Not a pitch. We walk through a real week, file by file.
A written assessment of your workflow
Built around Filogix, Velocity, Finmo, or whatever you actually run on.
A step-by-step deck for every fix
Ranked by hours saved. Clear enough to hand to anyone.
Why free? Because the audit is the best pitch I have. Many of the fixes are simple enough to do yourself in minutes, and the deck walks you through each one. If the plan is good, some brokers will want me to handle the rest for them. If it isn't good, I haven't earned that, and you still walk away with it. Either way you find out what your admin is costing you.
“My brokerage already gives me software”
And you still chase documents by text, then email, then a call. The tools aren’t the problem. The gaps between them are. That’s where the hours disappear.
“I’m not technical”
Neither am I, and that’s the point. I’m an operator, not a developer. If a fix adds a system you have to babysit, it’s a bad fix and I won’t recommend it.
“I don’t have time for this”
A single file can eat five hours of admin before it ever reaches a lender. Thirty minutes to find out which of those hours you can stop spending is not a hard trade.
“Is my client data safe?”
Fair question, and the right one to ask. Nothing I recommend moves client information anywhere it shouldn’t go. If a tool can’t clear that bar, it doesn’t make the report.
Fair questions. Straight answers.
None of this feels urgent on any given day. An hour chasing a T4 here, twenty minutes re-keying an application there. But it compounds across every file in your pipeline, and it lands on the one person who can't be replaced: you. The audit puts a number on it. Then you decide whether that number is worth doing something about.
My promise
If I can’t find you 5 hours a week, I’ll say so in the first 15 minutes.
I’m not going to pad a report to justify a project. If your process is already tight, I’ll tell you on the call, hand back the other 15 minutes, and buy you a coffee for the trouble. I’m one person, not an agency, so I take a small number of these each month and every one gets written by me.

About Luke
I spent a lot of my career in a small, understaffed company where every hour mattered. That’s where I learned what actually helps small teams: boring, simple tech that quietly gives you your time back. After that I worked in operations at SAP for years.
Originally from a tiny village in Ireland with more sheep than people, now based in Victoria, BC, working with brokers across Canada. When I’m not doing this, I’m hiking, camping, or skiing, ideally somewhere with no Wi-Fi.
